This edition of our rosé comes from three vineyards located in the Russian River and Sonoma Coast appellations. These were harvested at the beginning of September under ideal conditions and at low brix.  We tend to favor rosé that is aromatic and refreshing above all things, this wine is no exception. We find pretty floral notes, combined with just under-ripe flavors of strawberry and raspberry, on a bead of fresh lemon zest.  There is also a compelling accent note of bay laurel and thyme.
