OTOTO stands for "one time, one time only."  We first heard this phrase from Eddie Vedder right before Pearl Jam launched into "Ain't Talkin Bout Love" by Van Halen.  We were inspired to start a project that has us make up a totally new wine every year.  We are not talking about just making a new variety or vineyard either. The plan is to create a new unlikely blend that stretches out our imagination!   This year it is a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay and a last minute stroke of inspiration, a dollop of Syrah to add a peppery note.
