A curious creation - our Pétillant Naturel, basically a lightly sparkling wine. This wine is a blend of mostly Pinot Noir with a dash of Chenin Blanc, Vermentino, and Chardonnay.  The result is sorta like a rosé, sorta like an orange wine, utterly delicious and unique as they come.  This stuff is versatile too as it could be enjoyed at a picnic table with just about anything or as a night cap to refresh the senses.
